Scheduling

UMS will notify you via a USPS letter a week or two before starting work in your area. The letter will provide meter change out details including how to schedule an installation appointment.

Before your appointment, please ensure that:

• An adult 18 years or older must be present.
• Area should be clear and accessible, and plumbing valves should be in good working order.
• Pets need to be secured.
• UMS will require access to the service line area/meter.
